How quickly can I book an appointment?

Are your chemicals safe for children and pets?

Yes! We use only odorless, CIBRC-registered, government-approved chemicals that are non-toxic and safe for families, children and pets. For most treatments you do not need to vacate the premises.

Do I need to vacate my home during treatment?

For cockroach gel and general spray treatments, there is no need to vacate. For bed bug heat treatment or heavy fumigation, we recommend staying away for 2–4 hours. Our technician will clearly guide you based on your specific treatment.

What is the difference between pre-construction and post-construction termite treatment?

Pre-Construction: Applied during the building phase to prevent termites from entering — involves soil and foundation chemical treatment.

Post-Construction: Done after building is complete using drilling, chemical injection and sealing to create an underground barrier.

How long does a pest control treatment take?

• Cockroach gel: 30–60 minutes
• General spray: 1–2 hours
• Bed bugs: 2–4 hours
• Termite treatment: 3–6 hours
• Disinfection: 1–3 hours

Is the inspection free?

Yes, the initial inspection is completely FREE with no obligations. Our certified technician assesses your pest situation, identifies root causes and provides a tailored quote. You are under no obligation to book.

Is there a warranty on your pest control services?

Yes! All services come with a guarantee period — if pests reappear, we re-treat at no extra cost. Guarantee periods: Cockroach — 3 months; Bed Bugs — 30 days; Termite — 1 year; General — 30 days.

What should I do before the technician arrives?

• Cockroach gel: Clear kitchen cabinets and under-sink areas
• General spray: Clear floor space and cover food
• Bed bugs: Wash bedding and clear under the bed
• Termite: Clear furniture from walls in affected areas
